What to Expect at Bethlehem
Sundays
Worship services at 8:15 and 10:30am
Every Sunday morning we have two worship services at Bethlehem. The service is contemporary and upbeat, led by Tim Harvey and the band, featuring exciting new songs and powerful hymns. Pastor David Hardy will be preaching expositionally and practically from the Word of God. Our services also occasionally feature video, choir, special music, and more. The dress is nice but casual. On rare occasions we may have one service at 10:30am so check our calendar. We hope to see you on Sunday!
Connect Time & Sunday School
Between the first (8:15am) service and Sunday school at 9:30 is connect time at 9:15am in the fellowship hall. Take advantage of this opportunity to snack on some foods, drink some coffee, and get to know church members! Then head over to one of our age-specific Sunday school classes. For more info on Sunday school check out our Get Connected page!
Sunday Night at 6:00pm
On most Sunday evenings we will have Connect Classes. These in-depth and engaging classes will help you learn more about your Bible, your faith, and your calling to follow Christ. To learn more go to our Get connected page. Periodically we will also have mission trip reports, church dinners, festivals, concerts, or other events on Sunday night. Check our calendar for more info.
Wednesday Night
6:00pm - on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month, our food pantry gives away boxes of food to any family in need. If you would like to take advantage of this ministry, please arrive to the church by 6:00pm to receive a number for food and to be part of our devotional.
6:30pm - Student Worship for youth from 6th-12th grade. Teenagers will hang out, play games, join in songs of worship led by our band, and hear relevant, biblical messages from Brian Jennings, our student minister! Join us in the youth room every Wednesday. For more info, check out our Student Ministry page.
For children we have our AWANA program. AWANA is a fun and exciting program centered on the gospel. We have clubs for preschool children (Cubbies), K-2nd grade (Sparks), and 3rd-5th grade (Truth in Training). Each night is an hour and a half and includes games, one-on-one discipleship, large group teaching, and more! You won't want your child to miss this! More info available at www.awana.org
For adults we have the Refuel Bible study in the sanctuary led by Pastor David Hardy!
